We are looking for an office administrator, working 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. There would also be 1 in 5 Saturdays. The hours on a Saturday are 8am to 12pm.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
The job will include:
Answering phones in a timely and polite manner The above will include dealing with customer complaints Booking on customer orders Setting up new customers that the sales team bring in Filing paperwork Folding, enveloping and franking letters to customers Complete surveys with customers via phones Take payments over the phone Dealing with emails including copy invoice requests, orders, complaints and moreWe need somebody who is:
Organised Able to perform under pressure Flexible within the role Good worker in a team and alone Able to work 1 in 5 Saturdays 8am to 12pm Polite and able to calm a customer down when they are making a complaint on the phoneInformation:
