What an evening at the 2025 Devon Tourism Awards!
DCW was proud to support and celebrate the very best of Devon’s visitor economy by sponsoring the Regenerative Tourism Award — a category that recognises businesses going above and beyond to make tourism in our county more sustainable, ethical, and community-focused.
From reducing waste and carbon emissions to protecting wildlife and supporting local people, regenerative tourism is all about creating a positive legacy for Devon’s environment and communities. These values are at the heart of DCW’s mission, too. For over 35 years, we’ve helped organisations across the South West reduce waste, recycle more, and protect the beautiful landscapes that make Devon such a special place to visit.
Our Business Coordination Manager, Brett Sinclair presented the awards to this year’s outstanding winners:
Gold Winner: River Dart Country Park, Ashburton
Silver Winner: Cofton Holidays, Dawlish
Bronze Winner: Whitebeam Wood, Paignton & Beverley Holidays, Slapton
It was inspiring to see so many forward-thinking businesses in Devon embedding sustainability into their everyday operations – proving that care for the environment and business success go hand in hand.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists!
